About Maintenance Resilience
Maintenance Resilience aims to improve productivity, sustainable social infrastructure, and resilience in the manufacturing and construction industries. By holding several specialized exhibitions simultaneously, we will maximize their mutual relevance and provide a venue to promote technology and information exchange across industry boundaries.
The concept of "maintenance," which involves the upkeep and preservation of production facilities, is expanding its relevant areas from production facilities to social infrastructure such as roads, bridges, and tunnels.
In addition, we are hearing the word "resilience" more and more due to the important policy issue of "National Resilience" in Japan.
Resilience” is a word generally translated as 'resilience,' 'recovery,' or 'elasticity.' This concept is gaining ground as a 'risk response capability' or 'crisis management capability' that all levels of society, from individuals to organizations and
systems such as companies and governments, should have in place.
The terms "maintenance" and "resilience" are closely related in terms of preparing for and responding to problems and risks in advance.
Based on the above, under the general title of "Maintenance and Resilience," we will gather the latest products, technologies, and services related to "maintenance" and "resilience," from production facilities to social infrastructure and various disaster countermeasures, to provide a venue for business meetings and technical information exchange for the manufacturing, government, municipal, transportation, lifeline, and construction industries. We will provide a place for business negotiations and technical information exchange.

Maintenance Resilience Features
Chance to meet new products and technologies!
Approachable industries/occupations
- Major Industries of Visitors
- Main occupations of visitors
Issues that can be resolved
- Acquisition of
new business meetings - Compared to telemarketing, in-house seminars, paid advertising, and other methods of acquiring new business opportunities, it is possible to acquire a certain size of leads (new business opportunities) in bulk. In addition, many exhibitions are targeted at visitors, making it possible to acquire high quality leads.
- Cultivate
prospective customers - Inviting companies that are in the midst of new business and have not been able to make progress due to scheduling conflicts, location constraints, etc., may help to move the business meeting forward.
- Follow-up with
existing customers - By inviting clients with whom you normally have infrequent contact, you can follow up with them. In some cases, this can lead to up-selling/cross-selling through the introduction of new products, etc.
- Product Development
Feedback - Since many engineers, who will be the actual users of the product when it is introduced, will be in attendance, useful feedback on the product can be collected on the spot.
Reasons to choose this exhibition
Meet a diverse group of visitors
A total of 15 types of specialized exhibitions for the manufacturing and civil engineering/construction industries are held in one place, allowing you to meet visitors from industries and occupations other than those you have targeted. This is a great opportunity to discover potential customers and has been well received by visitors.
In addition, since mutual admission to related concurrent exhibitions is allowed, visitors can also meet with customers from Techno Frontier/Heatstroke Expo, etc.
Bridging visitors and exhibitors
Since the JMA organizes more than 40 exhibitions a year and hosts a whopping 350,000 exhibition visitors annually, it is possible to build bridges through connections with numerous companies, thus creating encounters that would otherwise be difficult to generate.
Exhibition continues to grow
For three consecutive years, the number of visitors has increased and the scale of the event has expanded, making it an exhibition where you can meet many visitors.
(Actual number of visitors in last year's event: 40,019)
High-attraction content
We have a number of events with industry authorities as speakers, demonstrating our strength in attracting visitors through our unique events.
